By accessing or using Prodigy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Who can use Prodigy
Prodigy is open to anyone aged 16 or older. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 are responsible for ensuring they have parental or guardian consent.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at prodigydev@prodigyapp.eu if you suspect unauthorized access.
Skill trades and sessions
Prodigy facilitates peer-to-peer skill exchanges. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or results of any session or trade. Users engage with each other at their own discretion and risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Prodigy to harass, deceive, or harm other users; to post illegal content; to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; or to impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of any content you create and share on Prodigy. By posting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting prodigydev@prodigyapp.eu.
Limitation of liability
Prodigy is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Prodigy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify registered users by email for material changes.
